Girmit ingredients KB1 puffed rice: for 3 plates Oil : 200ml Chopped onions: 4 Green chillies: 7-8 Coriander little Curry leaves little Roasted ground nut: 50 gm Roasted Bengal gram powder 25gm Turmeric: 1 spoon Tamarind juice: 3 spoon Jaggery :1 spoon Mustard: 1 spoon Jeera : 1 spoon Chopped tomato for dressing Mirchi Ingredients Bydgi green chilli :6-8 Gram flour: 200gm Ajjwain : half spoon Salt Soda: pinch

Navu byadgi li 17 yrs idvi ,saturday kadaramangalagi temple ge hogtidvi alli mareyade mirchi girmittu tinde bartiddu ,but iga chikmagalur ge transfer aytu so we miss anjaneyaswami and mirchi a lot ,so we often visit byadgi and taste mirchi without fail ,love uttarkarnataka mandi also food

ಹೌದು, ನೀವು ಹೆಳಿದ್ದು ಸರಿ, ಪುಟಾಣಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟು /ಹುರಿಗಡಲೆ ಹಿಟ್ಟು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬೇಕು, ಅವರು ತಪ್ಪಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.ಕಡ್ಲೆ ಹಿಟ್ಟು ಹಾಕಿದರೆ ಗಿರಮಿಟ್ ಟೇಸ್ಟ್ change ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.ಗಿರಮಿಟ್ಗೆ ಹುರಿಗಡಲೆ ಹಿಟ್ಟು ಹಾಕಬೇಕು,ವಿಕ್ಷಕರೇ.

ಅವರು ಕಡಲೆ ಹಿಟ್ಟು ಹುರಿಗಡಲೆ ಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಆಗಿರುವುದು ಅಂತ clear ಆಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಯಾರು ಸಹ ಹುರಿಗಡಲೆ ಪುಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿರ್ಚಿ ಕರಿಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
