They have plenty of awesome ballads, but most of them are in Italian. This is one of my favorite songs of them as well, is like they mixed their old style with what they learned in those two years and the result is phenomenal.

Too bad, he has now replaced her with Dove Cameron. However, she too, like the other one, resembles Hugo Pratt's Valentina. This song is also one of my favorites, but the sound is the evolution of some of their older songs. Yes, they are growing and it's great to hear it happen.

You should take a look at some of their Italian ballads like Il dono della vita or Vent'anni or Coraline if you already didn't! English subtitles are super necessary tho.

Italian style? This is a typical rock ballad, great in my opinion, but there's no Italy inside. TRASTEVERE maybe little bit more.. Even if it's an acoustic rock ballad, I don't think that Nirvana playing "where did you sleep last night" acoustic version were Italians... Same style, acoustic rock ballad, as many in the past, and never Italians..

@@fabio6947 power ballads were invented by italians in the early sixties, there was no such thing in the anglo/saxon music.. their ballads sounded more like "love me tender". When "Io che non vivo senza te" (you don't have to say you love me" charted internationally in 1964 it changed completely the idea of ballads and anglo/americans fell in love with this style. Hoards of american and british producers came to italy at the time to learn about this style and singers/authors like Umberto Bindi became very successful with his songs sung by premium international artists (including Robert Plant from Led Zeppelin). So yes, this kind of ballad is italian also for the passion ingnited.
