The N&B album has the ultimate groovy rock sound throughout the whole album. A real underestimated album.

Had the album 1975. This now 2019 ...fn great on multiple levels. Thinking ' working man's ' rock. Specific to this song-- worth the album price. Back when AMERICAN worker was middle class and UNION.

Had it in 1975 as well. Still have it, still listen to it all the time. On the same stereo! Never get even slightly tired of hearing it.

I don't agree with you about Rogers' voice. I think he sings the older non-commercial songs much better than Chris.

Well, the reason is that Mick Rogers was the singer at the time. Chris Thompson had the better voice and could provide more successful commercial tracks. Rogers just doesn't have a good voice.

I know I'm not alone and strongly disagreeing with you. They were both great singers. Mick is perfect on this great track.

this song is a straight rip off of Jimmy Castor's "You Better Be Good" - melody, the guitar riffs, everything...
@madmark19577 жыл бұрын
Jimmy Castor's You better be good, sounds nothing at all like this song. It is different in every respect except they are both sung in English. The guitar is also utterly different, so I am not sure what your comment is about.
