1:24 you can actually do different steps to make it work: 1. duplicate the panel 2. hide the 1st layer panel 3. erase right under the eyebrow (eyes and around them, nose etc) on the 2nd unhidden layer 4. unhide the 1st layer 5. use the special pen, and cover the eye, go to 0% strength and to 100% to see if it looks good 6. add around 9-13% and save the image over and over 7. import the saved images and shorten them all to 0.1 seconds and export the video 8. add the full exported animation, duplicate it and reverse

@divinafrancyne1322 Pretty much, there are some differences but most of it is the same. I am working on a coloured manga tutorial but it won't be posted for a bit since I'm busy.

Sorry im a little late, im a new user on ibs paint and i dont know how to open manga pages or well put images to edit. I only see the option to create new artwork. How?

@DRX2MIL 1. Open the app and go to your gallery. 2. Click the + at the bottom of your screen and click 'import picture.' 3. Select your manga panel/image. - Or - 1. Make a blank project 2. Go to the three pages with a number (These are your layers) 4. Click the camera icon and it should ask to import a photo 5. Add your manga panel/image Done!! Hopefully that helped/made sense lmk if it didn't and I'll try to clear it up!!
