While Chiharu was cold, she was never mean or insulting, but simply pushing Imaizumi to be better, so I can easily see why he had a crush on her. On the flip side, She saw how he never shunned her attitude, and was always kind to her, despite her cold attitude, showing he accepted her as she was, so she ended up falling for him as well. There's no surprise they ended up together at the end, as they bring out the best in each other, as all good couples do. it's been 9 days since I've seen this art style and character design. that thumbnail art caught me off guard. shades is everywhere,y'all! cold boss,much? his friends not wrong. i'm starting to think itsuki is fighting a losing battle. a childhood friend shows up. that black aura chiharu unleashes when it comes to another girl even though she was cold. don't tell her all that! oh jesus! oh my god. yup, i'm sensing something bad's gonna happen. wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. and like usual,she's close to him. areas look nice. cool watch by the way. what brought that on with dating someone? her interested in him? doubt it. wha wha what the hell?! excuse me?! when did she start liking him?! wouldn't he be wrong to think that? wait,why did he do that? i was expecting him to ask the usual,"you've been cold to me" or something like that but to think itsuki would move in like that. flashback time. i dunno about you guys but i wouldn't be interested in anyone who was cold to me. it's common knowledge here. i can agree she's not cute. feels like the dude's a weird as simp here. called it,HE'S A WEIRD SIMP! this episode reminds me of manga waido's episode with the dude saving a cold lady and she wanted to clean his room despite being cold. now,she admits it. another something i didn't see coming. this story would've made more sense if he had just sad that from the beginning or better yet instead of a childhood friend,it should've been my younger sister who everyone THINKS IT'S HIS CHILDHOOD FRIEND. she's still on about the whole taking a bath thing. i don't like cold people. if they have a good reason for it,i'd understand but i don't like it when they just be cold for no reason or just some petty stupid shit like this one here. mei is such a troll for teasing chiharu like that. she grew her hair out in a span of 3 years? that's something i don't see often. too soft if you ask me. wasn't bad i guess.

this is soooo similar to how a buddy of mine met his wife, but i was the one to always talk to her and be nice, before i got him hired on at the same place, people assumed she was unpleasant/mean/etc... she was just awkward, she once took me aside and asked why i never seemed bothered by her and expounded on how socially awkward she was... when i said in effect "hun, the only thing that seperates us is, i own that im socially awkward and dont let me stop me from interacting" and told her, most of our coworkers would be more then just happy to talk with her more, even if its awkward, just, make an effort, i mean sometimes ppl took her the wrong way.. once had gal think she was hated and i had to ask her how she would react if i said the same thing to her.. took like 5sec "i would tell you to get fukt and laugh".... "thats the reaction you should have had, because she has my sense of humor...shes just even worse at expressing it then i can be at times"... my buddy.... i had said f-all to him about her but he just instantly saw dawn to the awkward girl that reminds him of his step-sister who die due to a drunk driver compounded with a drunk doctor ensuring her moderate chance of survival became a moot point.... they were VERY close she was older and sort of like a mix of mom and honestly as they got older love interest, she was not that much older but enough that due to how much the parents worked, and her nature, not them asking, she was more motherly then mom could manage most of the time, his mom died due to a drug-f-up that swapped her meds with high dose pain killers that looked similar enough she just figured the changed the generic again for her non-pain med... not only was the 4 pills she took enough to floor most adult men, she was hyper sensitive to opiates... this family has had more horrific luck with our medical system then... well a few others have died from malpractice... the dose of meds she died from was enough it would have put me, a highly resistant fcker, out cold at least overnight, i wouldnt die but.. omg i would feel like abject hell the next few days... a 95lb woman.. yeah... at least she just fell asleep after taking what she thought were her before bed meds and... just didnt wake up... also thankfully the county wanted to do a full autopsy , she wasnt alone a few others got hit they confirmed... it seems it was sicker then one may assume, not just a fuckup, but somebody who was targeting people with a range of health issues and putting them down via swapped meds, crazy woman ran and it took them years to actually nab her... she tried it in CA and ended up being traced to a few states she had done this in over her life... anybody with a chronic problem was at risk... sick stuff.. anyway, my buddy was the 2nd person who ever really just interacted with her like her awkwardness was cute not off putting... when she admitted she liked to hunt, fish, camp, etc... and why she was so awkward... turns out her psychotic mother had custody till her 2nd year of HS and she was pretty much alone all the time when not at school, and ostrosized due to clothing, smells, and other things directly related to moms neglect, that the school reported over and over...the courts blamed on dad who mom wouldnt let have contact with the child and even told the judge when ordered to split custody...she wouldnt do it.. judge let her get away with that for years till dad got the grandma who normally watched the kids when mom came to court, to let him know as soon as his ex left, then pulled up and took the kids and grandma to show up to court with him... a court worker even got them in via a side door and put the kids and grandma in a room to talk to a court cps worker who wasnt in anybodies pocket and had a sort of jaded view of single mums.... worked out that, she lost custody to grandma who properly split it with dad, infact, she moved them all into the HUGE house he inherited that, the ex was always mad she couldnt take because had it before her and was never stupid enough to put her name on it... it was funny tho, neither of them are great at communicating how they feel, or being direct, it took the gal mistaking his cousin who was dating me at the time, for somebody who was into him, i mean she was very touchy feely with friends, and also did the "we grew up togather, use to skinny dip in the stream pond behind his grandmas house every summer".... leaving out that.. this was when they were quite young and were doing it to avoid getting in trouble for getting cloths wet/dirty... she went a bit... silly for a bit...once , he realized, with some help, what was up... he had to introduce them properly and introduced her to his cousin as his girlfriend, i was there for the overly cute reaction, cousin got that he had just confessed to the girl who had been into him for a while but...he was too slow to get that she was trying... she was also slow to realize he wouldntt have done 1/2 the shit outside work he did with and for her, for anybody he wasnt very fond of... hell some of his family would get an excuse... when she wanted to go fishing opening day and be up and at a specific lake before dawn... dude despite working a full week of 12-16hr shifts and sleeping/living in the basement bunk rooms... dude had us get get shit ready for a group camping trip, we did change the lake, but because due to news stories it was already clear it was a zoo 2 days before opening day.. people staking otu spots around the whole damn thing... on the other hand... the place we went got something like 5x as man fish and due to lack of news stories about it.... it was so quiet and calm... 4 day weeked camping and fishing... oh also got paid to hunt some pests when they saw our pellet rifles... invasive birds and f-ing huge rats... i cant lie.. shes better at shooting birds ot of the air witha .177 springer then i ever will be... just bloody evil.. she cant hit a moving rat to save her life somehow though LOL by the end of the weekend they had become engaged... she moved into his place, this partiallly happened because her lease was coming up and... she wanted out of the creepy old womans house, the gal kept trying to set her up with her son who was older then her father, younger the her grandfathers... and... genuinely creepy... (and i have a high bar for creepy..this dude made my skin crawl.. ), the 2 just meshed... took her a week to get up the courage to pretend to go back to the wrong bed when half asleep... she says then he ruined it by nibbling her ear and...said some things that... well she turns red over 2 decades later like a cherry girl.. LOL
