It's always the same excuse. "I had to control my feelings so I acted in the exact opposite way of how I feel." Like how is treating the person you care about like they are your worst enemy the solution. Especially in this scenario where they can literally see how you are treating everyone else. They obviously know that they are being treated differently than the others. They never stop to think that the person being treated badly will want nothing to do with them later. Then the instant they see that person lose interest in them, suddenly being honest is an option. Just do that from the beginning or just act normal. If you can act like you hate them, then certainly you can pretend to not like them without the insults.

Jesus, right from the beginning,we get an idol treating one of her fans (mc here) coldly. This reminds me of ayasaki-san's episode from 3 weeks ago where the mc's childhood friend is an idol but this episode here has the fmc was cold nearly all the way towards halfway in the show until the mc lies about having a girlfriend and the ayasaki-san one had the mc lies right off the bat towards his favorite idol and she drops by to his house the next night. If you ask me, I don't think megu/emi deserves kei for the way she treated with her tsundere attitude. Hell,I don't blame him for lying to her about having a girlfriend, given how the way she treated him. I get tired of tsunderes always use the whole "I treat you like crap because I like you" mentality as their way of showing their "love" for you. It's confusing as hell! What's more, how is the guy "cheating" WHEN THEY NEVER EVER DATED?! Kei would've been a simp had not been for emi FINALLY coming clean about her behavior and even apologizing too (mixed feelings about it though). I even hate it when kei has to apologize even though he's in the right for his anger and the fact he didn't do anything wrong when he just wanted to support his favorite idol. I gotta ask what part of his fault is "partly" exactly? He did nothing wrong. When she asks him out, he should've just said yes instead of saying "that's my line". Or better yet, he should've said, "let me think about it as this is all too sudden and I can't just magically date you after everything you did to me. If you truly had such feelings for me and still think of me while changing your ways, then maybe, just maybe, I'll date you". Boom! Right there could've been the right way of answering a date. I WILL HOWEVER give her props for owning up to her faults (still wished the mc didn't say he's at fault too) which she saved herself big time on but I don't like he she called him a meanie SIMPLY FOR ASKING WHAT SHE SAW IN HIM. And also, she didn't need to name call him after all that, especially the "idiot"part. The story was alright, I enjoyed the art style and character designs since it felt like a whole month since the step sister who hates me until she saw me with another girl... Then she turns yandere episode,I can never get tired of how detailed and expressive the drawings looked, not to mention the glow ups, the backgrounds and the settings truly made my day, the expressions are cute and I enjoy the music here.

Maybe? I believe that VTuber agencies are okay with their talents dating in general, but would have a problem with a talent dating a fan. So, it would probably come down to the degree that management was convinced to categorize the relationship as she was dating a classmate rather than dating an early fan. One big difference though would be that if she did graduate, she would not be allowed to say that she was going to focus on her singing. She would need to create a new VTuber identity and hope that a large enough fraction of fans would figure out her new identity that she could continue to do it professionally.
