Wow, Manabu has his priorities straight, and Ayaka is very dedicated to trying to get Manabu's attention. Manabu is really clueless but that just adds to the charm and helps Ayaka come into her own and not be a madonna, good for her she can now be Ayaka rather than the class madonna. This was really sweet and wholesome and both Ayaka and Manabu spending time together was really cute and adorable. And both of their confession to one another was so amazing and beautiful, a wholesome and lovely end to an amazing story.

Manabu is a good character ngl. Not only is he honest, but humble as well. If I met him in highschool, I would’ve friend him but will give him privacy if he wanted it. But of course, if a bully or the bad girl in class approaches him, I would beat the males, and scare the bad females away. He’s just the type that you would want to protect.

I liked Manabu a lot in this...mainly because he had a legitimate reason to not be attracted to Ayaka to begin with, and that made him never actually see her as a potential romantic partner. I don't feel he was clueless, I feel he genuinely wasn't looking at her like that because, as he said, she always seemed so uptight, and he felt he would get tired just by being around her. During the story, you could see him slowly become interested in her as he realized what she was really like, and then he came to understand his feelings in the end. I liked her development too, how she felt pressured to be the Madonna because she was looked up to by so many people, when she really wanted to be more of a free spirit or a lone wolf like Manabu (which is why she was attracted to him), and I liked how naturally their relationship progressed because of it. Very, very great story!

Manabu is a bit dense, clueless and straightforward, but he's honest with himself and with Ayaka. More importantly, he quickly understood what was her problem and offered to help her through this. Meanwhile, Ayaka learned to be more comfortable with herself and works her way to reach his heart. Awesome story, and the art looks neat too
