The Hockey Manga is from the same Mangaka who also made Golden Kamuy, Satoru Noda. the Series is called Dogsred translated. So far there are 20 chapters available.

I really prefer manga covers and text in Japanese I am learning Japanese because I’m planning to study there in 2025 so I might pick up a phew Japanese manga to practice

That's great to hear! I think picking some manga to practice is a great idea. I never gone to Japan but my brother really wants me to learn Japanese so I can go with him on his next trip. Also manga in Japanese is way cheaper so maybe I should learn it 🤭
