I'm so jealous of peaople who have such big manga stores near them:( Because I have to take the train for over 2 hours to get to the nearest actual manga store which is in the capital city:') Otherwise I have to search all of the secons-hand shops around my cite who almost never have any manga.

My favorite I am reading now: Dead Dead Demon's De De De De Destruction. And a favorite I read in the past: Planetes. Planetes is only 2 big volumes so it is a quick read.

The case files of jeweler Richard is not so much about gemstones but about the psychology of the persons that possess them or want to buy them. Of course the stories of the two main characters are very interesting as well. There is a long series of light novels that inspired the manga. They are not translated into English as far as I know (I got to read a few of them in Japanese but it is not an easy feat by any means 😂). You can also check the anime with the same title translation. The BL undertones are clearer in the light novels.

Great video! 👍🏻 I have way too much manga I own but haven’t read yet so Now that I finished reading all of Dr. Stone (I read 1-23 of what I own physically and read the last few volumes on the shounen jump app) I have now started reading my Golden Kamuy volumes and have just finished volume 6 this morning! Dr. Stone was absolutely amazing but I knew I’d love it since I loved the anime, just sad the journey is over. Golden Kamuy is really good so far but very odd and unique. It’s made me laugh a lot but I’ve also raised several eyebrows. Definitely growing on me with each volume.
