The one thing that could make this ending even better was them naming their unborn child after Kanade. I feel for Reika after hearing her brother share his one wish with his would-be brother in law. I started tearing up at the end of this video, especially during the Kanade’s funeral. Having found out his condition (likely cancer of some kind) was terminal, my heart sank and it broke. It was beautiful to see that Reika and Mamoru are expecting and I loved how Mamoru kneeled down to bid his wife and baby farewell as he left for work.

Oh my goodness, this was just too beautiful. I was really moved by the emotional weight of Mamoru, Reika, and Kanede, this really heartbreaking seeing Kanede being unable to see his sister get married but very heartwarming seeing Mamoru fulfill that dream by marrying Reika and having a family with her. This story was both tragic and beautiful, a perfect story.

I had to fight the tears when Kanade told Mamoru about the short time he had left and about his dream ... it's really tragic that his dream didn't came true!! Sweet that Reika was only kind to Mamoru (I laughed hard when Reika rebuffed that annoying Senpai) and that Mamoru became a close friend to Kanade 😊 After the tragic Mamoru was there for Reika and eventually they became a wonderful couple and soon a sweet little family 😍 Hmmmm ... maybe they'll name their child Kanade, that would be really precious 😌 Thank you very very much for this sad and tragic but also sweet and heartwarming video 🥰

This was such an emotional and touching story. So sad that Kanade didn’t live to see his sister get married to an amazing man like Hokuto. Reika is such an amazing person. She started working after middle school to support her brother and his education. She’s earned my respect. The last part really hit me heard. Reina felt she was being punished and didn’t want to lose anyone again. I’m glad she found her happiness in Hokuoto.

I have a close friend who was like a brother to me. We hung out, we laughed, we cried, and we got through a lot as brothers. Then I couldn't see him for a few years because I have to study abroad. And then, the news came in 2019. He passed away due to a sickness. The last time I saw him was a year before. We even promised to hang out the next time I came back. When I heard from his mom that before he died that he told her to call me to notify about his death, I broke down but I couldn't cry. In his last moments, he still thought of me. I just hope that if God is real, he is taking care of my friend, wherever he is.
