Aerial dropping in 2 hours in to play the "smart party leader" is a nice touch. Not only does he start off with "I'm not stupid, I know you're the real deal, join me," his party member left _on her own_ because she had a 3rd child and everyone parted amicably. He respects and acknowledges everyone, and even takes being turned down gracefully. If you set up someone outside the main cast as the #1, this is how you have them enter the story.

While this story has various strengths, it's biggest weakness is that all the fighting is basically done in VR where there's no real consequences...

I know seriously like I don't understand why people love vr battle stories so much it basically feels meaningless to read when fatal consequences are taken out now sao is good because if they died they were dead but almost every other story is just meaningless

@@austinhays9947 that's exactly why it's taken out, the consequences that is. they want the "rough battles" but without having to dragon ball someone back into existence ever since the early 2000's anime has been on this big no permanent damage kick, buildings get put back with magic, no one really dies, shiro's bitch ass being all "but when you kill someone people die" it's a mess tbh

That makes two I’ve come across The other is the Jester Reclasses into a Great Sage (that’s not the proper title but it’s close) Mind you that one the hero is hestitant but agrees with the party to release said Jester but does regret it very shortly after and actively tries to bring him back

Jokes aside, I do like how Phoenix still fully respects Remme and their friendship is still standing strong despite circumstances forcing them to separate. Phoenix is a good friend and a good guy... unlike most of the "Main heroes" that stories like these always depict.

It's great that Remme and Phoenix and the rest of the team made up after their fight ended in a draw and that he actually gave them all good advice on how to improve themselves after their battle 😊 and it's nice that Sitri accepted Remme and Mira's relationship 🥰 and finally formed a contract with him and hopefully he can save Thor's dungeon from being bought out. Thank you MangaCapped for part 2 and I'm looking forward to part 3 and please keep up the great work 😊👍 Also I noticed you changed your AI voice on the second part, I really miss the old one but the new ones just as good too 🙂

The way the story builds the main character is really impressive and makes the readers feel intrigued. All the characters have depth and their own internal struggles, which adds a lot of appeal to the story. Regarding the side characters getting powered up too quickly, I also feel a bit regretful, but I understand that this helps the story not to drag on too long and keeps it engaging.

So Remme was basically casting debuffs on the monsters while he was in their party to make them easier to defeat for his party members? And your telling no one was able to tel that the powerful monsters they were fighting in the dungeon was weaker than normal? 😂😂

Probably because they never came across them with remmé since he casted debuffs on all monsters, plus seeing as phoenix is the leader of the party, and remmé is his best friend, i think its safe to say he was the 2nd member of the party, meaning anyone else joining would have had an easy time defeating monsters whilst he was in the party, but now that remmé is gone, they definitely are feeling it

in all fairness they had three dps mains and one debuff support, it seems that black magic has no actual visual effect or chant so its physically impossible to tell if he actually even cast anything unless they have something to compare, and in this world dungeoneering is livestream content, so its not readily available to test and see how effective he is without losing ratint

actually, that's the case for a few of these kinds of stories... Almost no one in the parties that kick out these MCs notice how much he was buffing or debuffing... sometimes both.

If you see the same thing over and over, you should be able to notice a change when there's something different. At that point, it's almost like ignoring a strategy guide or past experience or something

Unless everyone a complete idiot. Also, he's called the best black mage but we never got anything to compare him to.

I think you mean hero. He was disrespected by at least one member of the party. One who listened more to the commenters while the other two were on the fence of kicking out the MC. One thought they don’t know enough about black magic to kick them out and the other didn’t care. It’s only in the second part things get patched up some.

@@la8ball Honestly, if his teacher was formerly the Demon Lord and grandfather of the current Demon Lord I def say he is waaaay up there on the rankings of black mages. Crazy tho they really just ignore his accurate and multi-hitting debuffs in such a high speed rate which most people in the story mention is nearly impossible iirc.

Really liked the concept, in this world its their job to run the dungeons or be heroes and clear them, being a hero is like is being an influencer. It doesnt matter that there arent life threatening consequences because the real consequence is not being well received, something that this manga shows us through MCs story where he changes teams and finally receives the praise that he always deserved.

The amount of times the AI got the names wrong when they were literally on screen at the same time is kinda ridiculous 😅 Makes it impossible to go audio only and still understand what's going on. Which is a shame since that is the most obvious benefit of narration videos in the first place :'D Please please do try to put a little bit more effort into proofreading the scripts, it would TREMENDOUSLY elevate the quality of these videos! (as in actually make them a viable alternative to just reading the manga yourself)
