Good. Pugounk 24 degree temperature is good. Tanduvachem melem / kundo is thalne wash and clean. Prick spoon end and check bottom if baked.

Thank you.. I use Saf Instant Active Yeast. If you want to keep batter for overnight then use only 1/2 tsp yeast. But in summer within 4 to 5 hours batter ferments.
Ingredients: 2 cup Idli Rice 1/2 cup udad daal 1/4 cup Poha / Beaten rice 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp yeast salt to taste.

Hi dear, you can skip the yeast but add fenugreek seeds (methi ) soak and grind alongwith udad dal and sugar, but fermentation will take time appx 6-8 hours (overnight ) thanks dear❤️
