Squid - 1 KG
Masala Paste:
Byadagi chili - 12 nos.
Gundu chili - 8 nos.
Coriander seeds - 1.5 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Black Peppercorns - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 15 nos
Tamarind - small piece
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 3 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Onion - 2 big
Tomato - 2 big
Salt - to taste
Roasted grated coconut - 1 nos.
Coriander leaves
