Law says to save one innocent person from punishment, you can leave one hundred culprits. It is clearly evident that Karthik was of unsound mind as he has killed his own wife and innocent child. So how can his letter be valid? When he wrote it when he is of unsound mind???!!! Would any man of sound mind, normal person do this act of killing two innocent lives? Would a normal sane person commit suicide? So it is void act to take action based on his letter. May be he was under the influence of some intoxicant at last moment when he wrote the letter. How can that letter be taken as a proof???
