Mango Chia Seeds Pudding 🥭 Detailed Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
Peel and dice the mango, then puree it in a blender or food processor until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and cardamom powder. Stir well to combine.
Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
Before serving, give the pudding a good stir. If it's too thick, you can add a bit more milk to reach your desired consistency.
Serve the mango chia pudding chilled, topped with additional diced mango or your favorite toppings like nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut.
