Mango Delight Recipe - Easy and delicious recipe!

How to make mango delight?
Ingredients:
Plain biscuits 1 pack
Butter half cup or required
Whipping cream 500g
Thick cream 20g
Sweetened condensed milk 400g
Gelatine powder 50g
Mangoes 3 medium to large size
Mangoes for garnishing
Instructions to follow:
First crush biscuits in a chopper, add butter until you have sandy texture. In a dish make a layer of crushed biscuits. Now in a blender ( we can use hand blender or whisk) add whipping cream, thick cream blend it for 1 minute then add condense milk and gelatine powder mix for one more minute until we get a bit thick mixture, now add mango puree and give a final blend of all ingredients. A required thick mixture will be ready to pour on biscuits and make another layer. Chill it in the refrigerator and garnish with mango chunks before serving. Simple!
