How to Eat Summer:
Every year one of our customers gives us part of her homegrown mango harvest for us to make our fresh local mango flavors. It's not store bought. It's a labor of love. She tends to these trees all year long, and we hand process these mangoes for many sticky hours on end, washing, pitting and chopping them, and scooping out only the best parts of the flesh to make into our mango sauce and mango gelato. Mango Float is a seasonal dessert and it features all the goodness of locally grown mangoes with whipped cream and graham crackers that suck up the moisture to puff into a lovely soft graham cakey sort of texture.
