Mango Kheer | Easy Dessert Recipe | Mango Special | Ruchi's Kitchen

Ingredients:
1 cup mango pulp
1 ltrs milk
3/4 cup vermicelli
1 tbsp ghee
3/4 tsp cardamom powder
6 tbsp sugar
Almond and pistachio flakes
Mango pieces for garnish
Method:
- Heat some ghee and then roast the vermicelli and once color changes add milk to it and let it boil
- Add sugar and turn off the flame and add cardamom powder & add mango pulp
- Refrigerate the kheer and serve in bowl and garnish it with almond flakes, pistachio flakes & Mango pieces.

One word of caution could've saved my entire lot of kheer. You should educate your viewers about the time duration of it's consumption after mixing the mango pulp. I prepared it before going to bed the night before when I needed it to be served in the lunch the day after. The mango pulp curdled it by the time I served it.
