wa/salam dear, first of all check the date these videos r old, second dont order me to do things and please dont tell me what is halal and what is haram, it is just instruments no words or lyrics and i am sure it was not hurting any ones sentiments, well i changed it to nature related sounds in the begining of the video and apparently it was also annoying, so kindly keep ur feed back related to the recipe, as that would be more beneficial to u,Jazakillahu Khairan.

Assalamualaikum. Firstly, I never said that this is a new video. I said INITIALLY your videos didn't use to have music. Secondly, when someone says 'please' then it is commonly considered as a request and not an order! If you use natural sounds, then that is a different thing... but using musical instruments (apart from duff) is forbidden in Islam... and I can say that to you as your Muslim sister. Allah Ta'ala and the Prophet SallallAahu 'Alaihi Wasallam has ordered us to do "Amr bil ma'roof wa nahi 'anil munkar". Imam Tirmidhi has narrated on the authority of 'Ali Radiyallaahu 'Anhu that the Prophet Sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam said, "When my nation adopts 15 traits, trials will descend upon them - among these traits are taking to songstresses and musical instruments." In another hadith, the Prophet Sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam said, "There will be people in my nation who will seek to make lawful fornication, silk, intoxicants and musical instruments." (Bukhari) By quoting the above ahadith, I don't mean that you are trying to make unlawful things lawful. But it's just a sincere advice my dear sister. Your recipes are mashaa Allah so complete in themselves that they don't need musical instruments to make them appealing! But, of course, the choice is yours...

Whenever I make mango firni, after a while of it sitting in the fridge, when im trying to make it cold, it becomes thin and watery. Any idea why that happens? Any advice would be appreciated Xx

sarah make the mixture more thick and then add the mango, so by the time it cools the thickness will settle.
