An intelligent Indian alternative to original Kunafeh. As we don't get string cheese, Katayif and stuff. I hope the vermicelly in this one doesn't get crunchy after baking.

Pls use very thin vermicelli. Thick vermicelli will not bake properly with butter. I wil try to cook in thick vermicelli and update soon. Because many of the viewers has the same doubt.. and thin vermicelli is not avaliable in most of the places.

Not much mam. If you pour syrup on that immediately. it wil be soft. If you would have used thin vermicelli.. u wil get perfect output.

Genuine question out of curiosity!! How do you manage to recreate the dish just looking at the end product..am sure they aren't sharing complete ingredient details or the recipe ?? So do you refer some existing recipe and manage to recreate?? 😊

Yes, I do refer lots of recipes and hope am doing justice by matching the recipe. Sometimes it takes lot of time to do the homework on how they would have made it. Finally am giving my best output with my innovation as well. Thanks for watching and bringing up a valid question. Cheers
