Rath Yatra is incomplete without sweets, papad, chaat. Celebrate this Rath Yatra with this amazing fusion Malpua recipe. Let us know how it turned out.
Some points to note:
1) if your batter is bit runny add 2-3 Tbsp flours.
2) if first 1-2 Malpuas are not going easy, keep trying. Trust in the process.
3) always pour hot oil on other side while frying.
4) you can deep fry also.
Ingredients:
1) All Purpose Flour: 2/3 cup
2) Mango Pulp: 2/3 cup
3) Semolina or Suji or Rava: 1/4 cup
4) Fennel or Saunf Powder: 1/2 tsp
5) Milk: 1/2 cup
6) Sugar- 1/2 cup
7) Water: 3/4 cup
8) Cardamom or elaichi: 2-3
9) Roasted Sesame(optional)
