Sana po maging tax free ang pag import ng agricultural machineries at agricultural products tulong na ng gobyerno sa mga farmers at food producers to encourage them to produce more at ng makabalik ang Pilipinas sa export market.

Sana nga po at bigay nila sa organized cooperatives ang ganitong incentive. Wala po patutunguhan ang maliliit na farmers kung sila ay hindi mag bubuklod. Power in numbers at leverage sa pag kuha ng incentives galing sa bank at governments. Malakas pa rin ang Kanya kanya mentality. Magbago na po sana. ty

They've been employing larger machinery in corporate farming like Dole, etc. It's surprising that many people aren't aware of the advanced farming practices already in place in several farms in the Philippines. My only theory: Filipinos may not be aware of advanced farming practices because they are often accessible only to the wealthiest. Social media, my goodness! While I appreciate this channel in highlighting the struggles and successes of small farmers, it's not the channel for advanced farming in the Philippines. Additionally, It's disheartening to see our farmers impressed by basic equipment, when they should have already access to more advanced machinery like this. The government should initiate a cooperative program to help farmers acquire such equipment, allowing them to increase efficiency and profitability. The Philippines has the financial resources to support its farmers.

@archi-gaming and your point? Does that matter? You mean Filipinos/officials are not inquisitive? They just let people in without inquiring what tech are they using? The fact that they're in the Philippines, profiting from the country, their technology should also be available to locals. How can the country allow foreign corporations/nationals (like the chinese for example), to get so rich in the Philippines? They almost own the entire wealth in the Philippines leaving the Filipinos with almost nothing. That is how stupid the leaders of the Philippines are!l Of course, on top of being corrupt But since Filipinos doesn't know how to work together to achieve greater things, like a co-op for example so they can purchase huge machineries, that's how foreign entities takes advantage of the Country and its people. And the fact that the farmers in the country are also less educated, they get taken advantage of so many people and also the other reason why they lack the ability to innovate. Lastly, since there's no government help, poor farmers are mostly stuck in the cycle of DEBT which makes them less likely going to afford any tech at all! This guy in the video obviously have more funding compared to the 99% farmers in the Philippines.

Try lng ng try brod. Nakailang failure din ako at iyak bawat failure. Pero last year nktsamba and next month expected to harvest more or less 8-10 tons. Newbie lng din po ako.

kapag mainit 105 lang ako nagpapaharvest kapag medyo malamig panahon 110. hirap na ako ibenta yung 115 to 120 days hinog na sa klase ng manga namin.. pero garantisado kahit 105 sure na matatamis.. napapabayaan na lang mangahan namin na 86 puno kaya magharvest ng 20 kain kada puno during 2012.. now medyo mahina na dahil dun sa kurikong till now.. so wala na nag aasikaso puro pa spray na lang sa mga walang kwenta na nagspray barat pa sa presyuhan.
