I wish the store managers did a better job of presentation/merchandising by ironing the big ticket items like jackets and pants. Even if it's made in linen, I think it looks better when it looks nice and smooth.

Yeah, the thing is most of the time they do it, but it's quite hard to iron some items (especially in mass-market stores). I worked as a product manager in Zara, Mango, etc. So I can tell that the store workers have really hard work to do...

@@daria.r I understand very well cuz I've worked at various retailers and boutiques over the years. Too many products come through so quickly these days, it would be difficult to stay on top it all. It seems that the stores in the UK and Japan look much neater and organized than the stores here in the US.
