Recipe:
Line/ grease a baking/pyrex dish.

Separate 3 Egg whites from egg yolks.
save them for later use
Beat the egg whites till you see soft peaks
add sugar half cup beat till stiff peaks
now beat the egg yolks with 3 tbsp sugar for 2 minutes.
add 1 tsp vanilla essence
2-3 pinch salt
combine both mixture and fold them. DONOT BEAT
At This stage preheat your oven at 180°C for 10 minutes

DRY INGREDIENTS:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
sift them
now gradually add the dry mix into the wet mix and keep on folding
pour the batter into the prepared dish bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean.
after it is baked, let it get cooled.
Topping Preparations/ Three milk method
Peel, cut and blend one mango. save 2-3 tablespoon for later presentation
In the mango pulp add 250 ml milk
half cup condensed milk .
blend, pour over the poked cake
Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.
For best results chill it overnight.
Beat 1 cup cream.
You can use olpers/whippy whip any cream of your choice
