I switched some of the ingredients all the time … sometimes I keep the sparkling water but other times I use coconut cream plus coconut milk … other times I switch out the sour cranberry and use a sweet fruit like guava, ect ect. Create your own girlfriend. Cheaper AND far healthier than Starbucks if you also use Swerve OR other Keto friendly sugar substitutes which do ‘not’ play havoc with your blood sugar levels. I have same vitamin but I never get the swirl. Then I add more liquid and the consistency becomes more like smoothie. Can you please show the numbers you put the vitamin please.

Adding more liquid is gonna make it more liquidy, I think if you added more fruits compared to liquids it would help a lot. Also having your fruit be frozen instead of using ice

You just gotta keep blending. It does take a while , much longer than the video shows at least for me. For example have a 900 watt ninja cuo blender and ive gotten a swirl like 3 or 4 times. Just keep blending and see where that gets you. Oh and dont forget to use frozen fruit, which you probs already do. Hope it helps

I cut my own mangoes, I use the slice the sides off method and then you cut cubes and slice them off, take a small knife and cut the fruit off of the seed, I got a decent amount.

Whenever I make a smoothie out of frozen fruit it never comes out thick and creamy:/ any ideas why? I use it with milk but still no creamy texture

as shown in the video, the girls used coconut creme, not milk. if you are using any kind of milk, it will come smooth but not thick. try with the creme or if you are using regular milk cut the amount to an ounce or 2 and the rest heavy whipping creme. i been making them for nearly 50 yrs and always come thick. also, a high speed/powered blender is a must, even if its a ninja personal blender :)

This is not possible with e310 version. It should be stated which version of vitamix you have. Stupid blades are just spinning in bottom and vortex is not being created at all even after 2-3mins. So it's either weak motor or false advertisement.
