This is something new to me that HKers are so easily excitable. I learn something new Today. I live in Singapore and I think we also do see so much arguments around. If it ever happens, they will be posted on social media.

It's called "RESPECT", patience & mind our business...answer is simple, treat others how you want others to treat you 🙂
Thank you for pointing out this good virture about Malaysian, we did not realise it until you pointed it out. we feel it is normal not to argue or quarrel. It is shameful to quarrel in public.
Totally agreed! I had very bad experience for my first visit to HK. Oh my, I was cursed by a man by just asking a direction. When dining in 茶室, we were so stressful because the waiters kept coming to check on us for bill and people standing beside us to rush us. 😅😅

I had the same experience in HK back to almost 20 yrs ago. The youngers mad at my mum on the road while we cross the road. After this, I nvr been HK, the environment is not ease for travellers. This is just my personal opinion, not offensive.

@@mumuling3286 My mom was asked by a shop assistant in WanChai more than 10 years back.... "Are you going to buy these shirts? If you are NOT going to buy, THEN DO NOT TOUCH IT" I could only said OMG, these attribute us for not going back to HK.
CPA,your vlog very interesting, haha I agree with you, about HK. I go there very often before covid pandemic

Well good topic.....because our education teach us need to respect everyone from different backgrounds and culture..that's why u can't see any arguing on the street 😉..
Since young, our elders told us to be proper behaved in public. Don't use raise voices and no four letters words. My parents would punish us at home if we disgraced them publicly.

Great observation on cultural differences! I am also a Malaysian and my husband is from the US. He says this is 海島居民的特性(islander behavior), very laid back and easy going. :) 香港生活太紧迫了啦! I always said 除了生死之外,没有其他的事情值得伤脑细胞的。😄
I looked at other Malaysian people comments why we are tolerance among each others and I do agree with the points. Another point that I would I to highlight is famous Malaysian time culture ( rubber time). Have you ever heard of this phase" on the way" Because of this rubber time, we are not in the rush. However, we do have road rage, if you happen to you, just say sorry or take hand to indicate sorry.

Have to agree with you on this That’s the beauty of Malaysia 🥰 Partly our land is much bigger compare HK not so crowded, hence we are less stressful. We are also stress at work some time but I believe is the surrounding and our environment than makes us more calm Ahahah I scold my son too but not using harsh words, normally I will ask him to sit at punishment corner and think wahhaha I came across a few times in HK A kid scold his mother using harsh words like So many ppl die why you not yet die I was total speechless.
