Hey and welcome to my channel. Glad you enjoyed! It is the best all inclusive resort on the island in my opinion. We want to go back for our next trip so badly 😭 I'm actually not sure about the tours. We didnt book any because we went with our 1yr old. The resort itself has a little waterpark, playpark and game room that guests can enjoy. You can message them on IG to find out about the tours. They're very responsive 😊

Hey Chantal,, I short listed this hotel for an upcoming family vacation but I have been reading alot of negative reviews about the food, staff and excessive smoking on property. Now I am hesitant to book. Was your experience all positive? Also, are transfers from the airport included?

Hi good day. I saw a few negative reviews before I booked as well however, I went with an open mind and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves (we want to go back asap!). The staff were very friendly and helpful despite reviews to the contrary. The food was excellent however, we only ate from the main restaurant because we forgot to book in advance to dine at the other restaurants 🤦🏽‍♀️ We didnt encounter any smoking so Im surprised that this seems to be an issue. We had to pay for our own transport to the airport as transfers werent included at that time. Im not sure if anything has changed since then. If you do decide to book, ensure that you walk with an international converter. The few questions I had, I messaged the hotel on Instagram so you can message them if you have any concerns or further questions. You can feel free to message me as well and I'll try to assist in any way possible

Hi Tenille! Did you go to this location or did you choose another? I was prepared to book this location for August and then saw the reviews too! I’m now trying to make a decision between this and the Marriott. Marriott has an all inclusive add on option.

Hi and welcome to my channel 😊 I don't believe that this resort has a spa however, they offer massages at the beach in a cabana (for a fee). I will definitely recommend this hotel based on the value for money, location, cleanliness etc We are actually thinking of going back for our next vacation I'm not sure where you are from but you may need an international converter if you intend to stay here. Whichever hotel you choose, I hope you enjoy your stay!

Hi and welcome to my channel 😊 I'm not sure whether the hotel has implemented a shuttle service as yet. We used a taxi which was located outside of the airport and cost $25USD Fyi most people advise to rent a car as it'll be more cost effective to get around the island

Hi good morning. It's not huge because it's a private beach however, it's a good enough size. When we were there most people were tanning or relaxing on the shore instead of bathing so there was lots of room
