This is what NYC was like when I was growing up. The finer neighborhoods were calm, clean and safe. You always had your sketchy parts of town and the busy areas of commerce too! This looks like a weekend in the morning, hence the quiet. I hope NYC comes back; it has spiraled into a dumpster fire!

Люди ЖИВУТ , менталитет культуры , уважения . Но не понимаю хеллоуин - это отвратительно . Можно было бы сделать просто праздник Осени и никаких скелетов .
