I need to dig a trench down to my sewer at 3.22m so Water corp can put on a T junction. The plumber then needs to extend pipe perpendicular into my property. I have manholes with ladders like in this video, I was thinking I could use them to avoid the high cost of trench boxes. But after digging down ti the sewer and putting manholes in, What would be the best way to get the pipe that Tees off into my property past or through the manhole? Concrete saw maybe? Hoping you can feed me an idea or two. Thanks 🙏

Hi, if I'm applying grano over some existing concrete which I put in a few days ago, is it necessary to use any kind of bonding agent or slurry? I'm going to mix SBR in with the grano. Thanks, great skilled workmanship btw, don't see too much of that nowadays.
@m200cey4 жыл бұрын
Hi mate, I wet the concrete and ring or raisers, just water, so Grano don't crack

I use a cement/SBR mix (after cleaning any and loose material from the drain) as a bonding agent then go over it with a sharp sand cement mortar again with some SBR in too!

Do you have to pour a concrete base first before the benching?
@m200cey Жыл бұрын
Yes, stiff strong mix c4, form shape and level top to sit one concrete ring on..

@@m200cey I think that's too much grano. I always been told you only need a bit of grano just to hold the mix together
@joerush22123 жыл бұрын
You don’t need sharp sand if your adding grano to a mix use building sand for a better Finnish. And plus there’s more lines in that benching than on pablo Escobars kitchen table rrrrroug

Lol, just had a line you self haven't you mate... Not skimming bedroom ceiling, will never be seen again.. But yeah some building sand is OK..

Hi Mate, take your time and try to enjoy it.. make the shape with your hands first, use a long plastering trowel for straight edge each side of channel and round the outside ring, small trowel finger pointer over sofits of in and out pipes..
