2:55 If you look closely in the right corner, you can see a path made of Styrofoam for molten metal. And the reason they dipped the mold in cement holds the shape when the molten metal flows. thank you for watching! 😀

The process is basically lost foam investment casting. The form is made from foam, and gets vaporized by the molten metal. The form is coated in ceramic (the investment), and the ceramic is then what becomes the actual walls of the mold. The form is loaded into the sand to support the ceramic and slow cooling. The sand is only a support and insulation, this is why it is not packed around the form like they did with the covers.

All that damn work to prep a mold to cast. Then the process of setting up the cast is more important than the pour or debur. Next time you see a manhole cover think of the hard work these people put in that create them. Think if the Pakistani had this machinery! They are floor casting using their feet to pack in the black sand around the mould.

Возможно другой уровень допуска. Исключить любые движения люка и минимизировать газопроницаемость если это нужно.

It's the only format where the lid can't fall through the seat, it can happen if they were square or rectangular and you try to close the lid oriented diagonally.

Литьё по газифицируемым моделям. В баках создаётся разрежение вакуумным насосом, в зону где находятся рабочие практически ничего не попадает. Мы также люки для Мосводоканала изготавливаем :)

@@jday3965 При выплавке метала, там столько всего в воздухе, что выгоревший пенопласт просто теряется на общем фоне. При запуске дуговой печи весь цех заполнен дымом в котором и сульфаты, и нитраты, и микрочастицы металлов. Там где пенопласт, хоть вытяжка есть нормальная.

Some English speaking country is receiving these manholes. The high GDP rate in Asian countries (GDP = production, what the nation produces and how quickly) is why are they not made where they are going? How did iron forging migrate from the US to Korea or from England to Thailand? Will America ever perform higher than 2% GDP? Such a low GDP the nation cannot pay its debt and with such a wide gap in income, workers will never earn more than the current price of labor, and all of or most of the 2% GDP is bought by extremely rich people. This is a wake up call for American labor. In this episode of history, my hunch is that workers unionizing will only bring about Capital Flight. Unionization would have prevented capital flight but now I think it will be harmful to workers and not the answer to companies so big they can open shop in Asia. Big companies will have to be forced to stay and invest. France was wise, they made it a law their corporations cannot leave France without real reasons approved the government. Netherlands, similar. Germany the workers are part owners of production, in America the workers are totally unattached to production. Americans call this ‘freedom’. A costly price for freedom when you look at the condition of the working class in the US. Fully loaded in debt and cashless. Worse is the inflation that Biden does nothing about. Nixon at least froze prices and wages to curb inflation. This time around the politicians do not even bat an eye at the eroding effects of inflation on worker’s earnings. They raised interests rates, thinking this will discourage employers from raising prices and it will, slow and long over a period of time, not before a lot of people are damaged from inflation. Will Korea face the same decline of industrialization seen in America and England with their low GDP rate (2%) and when wages rise high enough the companies pack up their gear and split? Seems inevitable economic decline is what happens when production is divided between two economic interests, worker and their employers. There is a struggle and one of them is left holding the bag.

Wages is represented by the line in the graph, the line extends over 20 years when wages were low in Asia to where they are now higher than 20 years ago. You get the point now? Just as wages rose high in the US, wages will rise generally in Asia. When they cut into profits the companies you work for will leave just as they did in the US. Textile industries go first, left the US in 1980 with the passage of NAFTA. You don’t know what I am talking about because you are not trained in the life cycle of modern industry, i.e., the business cycle.

Their job is to make their healthcare insurance profitable to be sold or attractive enough for another buyer of their healthcare insurance program that the hospitals are connected with in the network system they designed for themselves. The end user of health care is forbidden by law to buy or sell their healthcare. Doesn’t sound like a free market system to me. Sounds like the way a street drug cartel operates guarding their turf. Another thing, it is illegal to develop a vaccine to treat a disease in the US as long as a treatment for that disease exists even if that treatment is not 100% good. The providers have laws that will enable them to take your vaccine development and market it for themselves and have you locked up in jail. What a sick system, eh? In the end healthcare is a thing you can buy where the rich live and poor die in America and the hospital system rates as a death sentence.
