For a character bio that uses drone tech to dissuade involvement of getting blood on their hands without remorse, our agent is probably no different when we could do the exact the same thing with skill builds. Even we killed thousands of enemy npcs throughout the franchise, Theo Parnell got one thing right to describe us. We’re just waging through blood, while Theo wanted to get the truth out to everyone.

6:35. It could be an attempt to prevent panic among their ranks, albeit one that's currently being cracked. Think about it: If you were one of their soldiers, and suddenly there was talk of St Louis having been consumed by nuclear fire with the radiation from the city blowing east, you'd be panicking like shit either trying to run for the hills or killing everyone you can to take their supplies in the hopes of outlasting the radiation; Demoralizing and causing soldiers to panic is a surefire way to weaken any military force even if only for a time.

Typing this out before i start the vid cuz why not lol. Ill say i loved this manhunt. It, to me, uncovered a bit on how serious the rumors are about st lious and how freaked the TS and BTSU are. Green poison radiated outcasts is a joke that kelso makes when we go into the power plant when the outcasts are in control. And i never thought about the outcasts much outside of DC proper. The fact they are still a thing and somewhat a threat also intrigs me. The true sons are still up because of anderson, and safe to assume the hyena's are out there cuz of mayhem and zodiac, but no one is leading the outcasts now right? I hope shaffer wakes tf up soon, cuz he has some explaining to do. The target bantam was after IS shaffer.

I see we have more rumours of radiation flying about but it also highlights something else interesting. Given Bantams tone it sounds like Anderson is loosing the respect of his men. Also Anderson is not highly thought of considering he is working with Natalya. The fact he has to hear about St Louis third hand shows how little respect he has from Natalya and the tone of Bantam shows how little his own men think of him, but then again Anderson is a toady. He gravitates toward those with a strong personality so he can give himself some legitimacy. Still it sounds like the Outcasts are going to be a bigger threat then either the Black Tusk or True Sons. If these terrorists have a nuke then they intend to use it. The Outcasts are more then willing to be suicide bombers so they will no doubt use it. They have nothing left to loose and that makes them dangerous. But I believe the White House will be attacked if they Drones spying on them. The last group to try was the Hyenas and that was ages ago. No doubt it will be to kill Cptn. Lewis and rescue Barden once they know he's alive.

After reading Recruited and Compromised novels. I really hope this seasons to mention something about Maira Kanhai cell members and the events of the incursion to the SHD node by the rogue agent Rowan Oshea. I say ghis because by just mention the events of th book on the game make them part of the oficial lore.. so.. maybe we can expect some mention to some of the mayor events of the Recruited book... i hope so.

This really did come across a bit like a filler, didn't it? Even the final battle didn't see things like attack drones or seekers that it seemed like should have been there. It was strange. I did like the fact that the St Louis story continues to play out. Of course, in the books we never saw the impact that had on DC because Maria and her team moved elsewhere. It certainly would be interesting to see if the Outcasts have become empowered by what happened to have a resurgence. Although, given that we've killed their strategist and taken out Emeline Shaw, you'd have to wonder how many of them are still around. Although apart from Black Tusk, because they're a national organization, you can say the same thing about any of the DC factions. Even the True Sons are supposed to be a battalion or so of disaffected soldiers that were serving in the DC area. You have to wonder how many are left. And the games haven't given us any insight into how these organizations continue to exist and recruit members. It's not like there's a limitless pool of people in the area. Most folks either died or are now living in places like the Campus or the Theatre. Obviously Black Tusk had a broader recruiting pool, but even they must have been impacted by the green poison. Plus all the casualties they've taken trying to do things like take DC. It certainly does seem like a reason for Black Tusk to attack the White House might be to try and reacquire Schaeffer. They can assume he's not dead because he'd have to go outside the building to be buried. But they obviously have no insight into his condition. Which means they may not know that Lau was expecting him to be a powerful ally to the Division. My guess is that the season ends with the attack on the White House and at that point The Castle becomes the base of operations in DC. Hopefully, now that Batman has gone and his drones aren't around, there is an opportunity to spirit Schaeffer away before he's recaptured by Black Tusk. The whole thing with Saint Louis is also interesting. It's obvious that Sokolova knows what happened because she's talked out re-purposing contaminated mortars and how long it would be before people showed symptoms of radiation poisoning. Which also implies she has those mortars. Which means she, or agents working on her behalf, may have been far more involved in St Louis than has so far been discussed. While the Outcasts may have been the cannon fodder in those episodes, it makes me wonder whether Sokolova was feeding information to Rowan to spark her behaviour. As well as some material support. The same way Keener was using the rogues he worked with in NYC, especially Theo Parnell. Because, let's face it, there is no way that a rogue agent working with a bunch of Outcasts would have had the ability to get their hands on enough nuclear material to create even one dirty bomb. If you've ever read the Tom Clancy novel The Sum of All Fears then you know even working from weapons grade uranium it's very hard for even a scientist with knowledge on the subject to create a workable nuclear device. And in the book when it does explode the results are terrible but it ends up being far less serious than it could have been because the device misfires. The US may have gone through the green poison but there is no way that weapons grade materials would be just lying around. Maybe this is why Sokolova wanted to capture the Pentco plant. So she could access the waste material? And maybe that's what went into the bombs in St Louis? And how would mortars that Black Tusk have possession of be contaminated unless they'd been used to fire the contaminated shells? Either way, I think this will play a bigger role in what we're doing AND I think Sokolova's hands are a LOT dirtier than have so far been revealed. I'd also like to say, for the record, that the mortar is the tube that fires the shell. You can't "run out of mortars" as the game loves to have people say. It's not like you're throwing the tubes at people. You're firing mortar shells. So you run out of shells or ammunition. The devices themselves don't go away. And what seems to have happened in St Louis is that they added something like spent nuclear fuel to the mortar shell probably without any real protection. This, in turn, contaminated the mortars themselves with radioactive material as the shells were being fired at Maria and co. So when the mortar shell hit the ground you'd get an explosion that included a relatively small amount of nuclear material. Probably not even in the kiloton range. The book seemed to imply that these were planted bombs but maybe they weren't. Maybe they were just 120mm multi-tube Black Tusk launchers with ammunition laced with spent fuel. It's certainly possible. And it would explain why the explosions, although large, weren't destroying multiple city blocks and the truck which even relatively small tactical nuclear devices would do. Because even a 5kt or 10kt device is equivalent to 5000 or 10000 tons of TNT going off and that makes a VERY BIG BANG. Well. That certainly spawned a marathon response. Something to read in your spare time, mate. 😆

Maybe you should have mentioned that after all the hype about how Bantam had some ultra gadgets, he used absolutely ZERO drones or skills of any kind. A completely anticlimactic ending and one that Massive is getting really good at. As you said, a single shot to the face and Bantam went down like a red bar. Just another in the long line of Div2 disappointments over the past couple years. P.S. The name Bantam is pronounced with the emphasis on the first syllable.

I want to say firstly I love your videos, and I don't want to be that guy in the comments. But... My man, when you say "Bantam" you just kill me. It's pronounced as "Ban tm", making it sound like "Bant-im". It has two definitions, one being a type of chicken, and the other from sports, such as boxing or hockey, as a weight or age division. Only reason I knew this was I grew up on a farm and I played hockey. Anyways, still an excellent video!
