This minecraft world has no pokemon spawning and the only way to find pokemon is by breaking pixelmon lucky blocks! The restriction that you cannot catch a Pokémon higher than you should only apply to hunters because there are three of them and they can level faster than you because one of them can trail you to make sure you don’t open any lucky blocks while the others just level up there Pokémon

You should make the lucky blocks like this So if you don’t have a pokemon (in your pc or on the side bar thing you get a random level) But if you have a pokemon in your pc or on you on the side bar then it will spawn a random pokemon that’s is from your highest level to any thing below (say your highest level pokemon is 57 the it won’t spawn anything higher then that)
