Manhunters | DC Multiverse (McFarlane Toys) Action Figure Review

Slightly embarrassing after gushing about how this guy is 100% new sculpt it turns out that he’s mostly reuse from the Batwing figure. The chest has been retooled to lose the bat symbol and gain the purple straps and the head is obviously new. The figure drops in status from “100% new sculpt” to “smart reuse” for me. Fooled me obviously so I’ll give it that. Apologies if I steer anyone in the wrong direction here 🙏

Genius, make an army builder character a low production / chase figure, but then turn around and make a bunch of pegwarmers that will be clearance priced soon after.

If he's at target you'll honestly have no issue finding him I've had zero issues with target exclusives

I feel like the removable flacepate was a missed opportunity to reference the power batteries they had in their skulls during the Geoff Johns run. During the sinestro corps war, there was a ton with yellow power batteries rolling around with the sinestro corps to power em up, as well as ones with the green power batteries which they used to drain power from green lanterns at frightening speeds.

I remember those man!! I still love the DC Direct figure I used in the comparisons. Even though it’s a dinosaur by today’s standards. Still an awesome figure!!

I think this guy can be customed to Magneto. Add cape, and maybe a headswap, some paint here and there, and ur done.

I enjoy your video. I like the music in the background. I like the Manhunter figure. Yes however I think it could have been the size of a Mega Fig. Something like Kilowog. But that's okay. I can deal with the fact that this Manhunter is a 7" figure. Especially the face swipe. So overall me myself, I like him. Can't wait to buy him.

Despite my distaste for McFarlane DC, I will probably order several of these to Army Build! They are supposed to be bigger Characters so the larger size won't be an issue! I have only bought 6 McFarlane DC Figures since he took over. Devastator, Gorilla Grodd, Lex Luthor in Green Battlesuit, Atom Smasher, Carapax, and Swamp Thing to replace a very undersized one from all the way back to the TV Show days! I am a DC Collector and I have built 6 different DC Earth's, but in general I Hate McFarlane. I have; Earth 1: Justice League, Main DC Earth 2: Justice Society Earth 3: Crime Syndicate v Young Justice Earth 6: Kingdom Come/Semi Futuristic style Earth 23: Expanded Watchmen style Earth 35: Created Equal, All Female style

I hope to get a lot. I have 20 Lanterns in total, 2 from the Movie. Five Female Lanterns, Katma Tu, Soorinik Natu, Arisia, Fatality as a Lantern, and Jessica Cruz. I'd have 22 if I counted Alan Scott and Jade.
