i started out my very first item was their free stamping kit you pay $6 shipping. I do like them. But if there’s 3 things that I find rather consistent that I do not like it’s that their photos in the polish descriptions often are different colors! That their stamping polishes are super hit it or miss it there’s no consistency. So everytime you order one, you take a gamble on that color and usually the color does not stay true from dark to white. And lastly as a 58 year old, yes there’s tons of us in nail art! as an older woman, I find many of their images not adult enough. they’re very juvenile . What they do well is offer great variety in colors and plates, good stampers, but I wish they’d cement that darn pineapple on their grabber! It falls off every time instantly and won’t go back on to stay. Their grabber is the most comfortable and opens the biggest that I’ve seen which I love. Did anyone ask my opinion? Sorry. but that’s it.

Hey lady.. I'm going to be starting my channel very soon and I've actually had this idea on my content idea list.. Lol.. I want to create nail content for all ages.. Even little girls nails but with the "FREE" products that are harmless.. What are your favorite things on stamps? What kind of art do you like? What are your favorite colors? What kind of charms or gems do you li.e? Sorry so many questions.. Lol. Just give me any ideas that you would love to have on your nails... If you want to of course.. 😊😊

@ Hello! I’m actually honored you asked. I had to think about it for a while. i still don’t know a lot but I think for the average 50+ I’m guessing we still don’t feel old so we (I) like color. I’m not afraid of it at all. my favorites are pinks, blues, glitters and sparkle, but I think the every nail with a design can look less age appropriate. A lot of women are still working at 50. So I think that you can’t go wrong with geometric shapes, minimalist lines for backgrounds and maybe an image over top but just not over every nail. like maybe a chevron, or wavy line background with an image over on one or 2 nails, then a strip of the background on the other nails, one with just background. Does that make any sense? The images can be anything but I personally can’t handle anything with a smiley kawaii face! If you do an ice cream cone, do an ice cream cone, but keep the face off. I can’t really speak for anyone, but I think what the majority of 50+ like is still some fun, but more minimalist on how much. as far as gems, charms, etc… that was great when I was young and we had dangles that drilled through the extension and had a nut on the back. an initial or turtle or whatever you liked. But not now, ever! The most I’d ever do now is just a small stone as an accent to compliment the design. Otherwise I think you can run the risk of looking gaudy like your old Aunt “Mary” with her big gaudy jewelry and that makes you look cheap, not classy. Like a woman who’s 85 might have gorgeous legs, but it still doesn’t work to wear a mini skirt. Am I making any sense? Please don’t anyone be offended by my own personal opinions. They aren’t right or wrong, they are just my opinions as an older woman who was in the nail industry professionally and does still try to stay somewhat conscious of trends, etc. I hope that blabber was helpful, and I wish you the very best on your channel! I'm with you on the hearts.Its a cool concept but it needs a background color to make it not look like a gob of rando gel!Some of these designs are cool but in general not into the "girly" asthetic.Please enter me anyways because I do like the polishes and definitely need more red stamping polish.Could use more pink regular polish too as ai don't usually buy alot of pink but it has it's place.Thanks Guylene and Happy New Year to you and yours!🎉💅😘

That's awesome and so sweet of them!! I'm glad to get a creme red. At least I think it is. Out of all of my polishes I don't have a creme red. Those hearts are so cool!! Ive never put lil dodads on my nails before. Im gonna try this for sure!! Lol. Great review!!

So nice of you to do a giveaway. I'm getting this box so don't enter me. My next investment is gonna be gel nail stuff. It's gonna be awhile but this summer maybe. That stuff is spensive. Lol. Your rose gold nails convinced me. :) I'm trying to get the hang of press on nails now anyway. I just think a clear gel top coat would make the press ons last longer, too. I have to say the frosty pink polish reminds me of the late 70s/80s. Lol. I don't think I'll be laying that particular red over top of it. Just doesn't look right. I'll think of was 4 it though. :) Happy Holidays!!

Girl that pink looks like that heavy white streaky heavy white pearl from the 70’s! The other one looks orange on my phone not red, but a nice bright color! I agree that’s lucky to get a B! that’s above average! it’s not even. Ugh!

Tl;dr: I took the privacy setting off temporarily, but I'm wondering how long it has to stay off for contests because I had a bad experience a few years ago - I don't like to leave it off (Not that I think he'd still follow me around - just got uncomfortable with public settings on social media after that) How long do we need to keep our subscriptions public for the contest? I had a bad experience a few years ago with a guy who apparently took offense to a funny recollection I had on one channel (about finding out a "cute" nickname my grandma's neighbor had called both me and her daughter was actually a naughty word in their/my grandma's native language. The way I worded it was wholesome, the nickname was not, lol, although it sounds very sweet in English!) Anyway, the guy followed me to a benign comment I made on a different KZbin channel to say something menacing to me and someone (must've been a friend, or himself, because my comment was *extremely* uncontroversial) gave his threat a thumbs up. I wasn't savvy enough at the time to report it. Just retraced my steps, realized my childhood story somehow set him off, and deleted my comments on both channels. Anyway, it's good to know that subscriptions need to visible for contests (now I wonder how many I've entered, but have been ineligible for), but I don't like the idea of keeping the privacy setting off for too long. If someone could wish you death just for chuckling about something your gramma's neighbor called you... (Not saying anyone on this channel would, I'm sure everyone here's nice, but I locked all my social media down right after that.)

If you have to only give positive feedback you’re not reviewing a company, it’s just advertising. Maniology really does dominate in stamping supplies, including plates and polishes, because they are good. No company is going to get everything right and some stuff is just too subjective. My main complaint with their products is that they reuse images too often. I have to pay for a plate to get just a couple images I don’t already have & I feel ripped off buying the same images again and again. We watch Guylene 325 because we trust you. I don’t even have to agree with you to appreciate your feedback.
