Why no blu-ray disc?

Because it came out in 1999

@@tsewongsheung I’m more annoyed that they haven’t released a proper live DVD since Louder than war in Cuba. I mean that big 2011 o2 greatest hits gig was a perfect opportunity to release a DVD. Also when they performed JFPL all the way through in 2009.

0:12 yeah well most of your fans regarded your sixth album "Know your enemy" as truly awful - I'm not sure it was a case of moving on more fulfilling record contract obligations...

Had some good tracks, but there was definitely something missing after those first 5 masterpieces
@revol1485 жыл бұрын
@@petertrickaz I've counted two good tracks: year of purification and So why so sad the rest was forgettable - well they NEVER play anything off that album in recent tours so read into that what you will....

@@revol148 So why so sad is one of the weak tracks in my opinion . The best tracks are freedom of speech won't feed my children, found that soul, dead martyrs, baby elien. I agree its the Manics weakest album. The album was way too long. I think most long albums suffer from too many fillers.
@revol1485 жыл бұрын
@@underneonloneliness2 I remember seeing them on their mini-tour to promote the album in early 2001 - I was shocked at just how washed up and bored they were as a live band - it was in complete contrast to when I saw them in Cardiff on news years eve 1999.
@underneonloneliness25 жыл бұрын
@@revol148 Yes I've seen a few Manics live performances on KZbin from 2001. James and Sean put on loads of weight and they looked uninterested in performing. Send away the tigers got them back up again.
