don't *try* to feel it. i had this same issue, with time it happens. it took me dayssss of constant looping the scene in my mind every night before bed and then all of a sudden i felt it, i was smiling irl because it felt so good, it felt so real. something that helped me with this was: maybe night time imagining isn't as effective for some people. for me, it was upon waking, i'd immediately play some white noise or a sound bath and start imagining my scene and it was so much easier to feel it, i think because i was already in SATS rather than having to induce SATS in myself.

I haven’t listened to it yet but I believe if you visualize just “someone”, meaning the partner you’d like to attract, not necessarily what they look like in detail, that would work too ✨Not forcing what they look like but maybe just letting your mind fill that for you

So now I'm a little confused and I might be just overthinking this idk. But. If to manifest something I have to exist, act from the state of having it, why would I do this meditation? You know like.. if I was already dating my SP, why would o search for this and spend 20 minutes visualizing spending time with them, if I already knew they were coming over soon because they told me they would. Does it make sense what I'm not sure about?

I have a question and would appreciate any advice tbh, my sp knows someone who makes a certain cream and my family and I need some, my mum asked me to ask my sp if he could get some for us. Asking him is not the problem I know he’d do it but am I maybe messing with the middle by reaching out? We don’t talk and if we do I always reach out first but I’m trying to get out of that pattern

SP invites you to his/her house and cooks for you, tries to show how much worthy you are to him/her. He puts lots of time & efforts for you to feel special., from buying your favorite wine, head massage, etc. 2. Sp gets happy doing ordinary things with you. He/she wants to do grocery shopping, hang around clothes shop while you try a hundred things on, It doesn't mean that SP is mildly interested in any of those things, but only interested in spending as much time as he possible can with you. 3. SP takes you on a long drive, stopping by your fav drive thru and grabbing food, the scent of the car and the food, the noise around, 4. Sp talks about his/her future plans with you, shows the vulnerable side of his/hers. His/her emotions are tied to yours 5. Sp remembers to do the little things you love.. picks up a bunch of flowers for you on a random day, sends you a text in the middle of the day to see how you are it’s because he wants to do all of those little things SP knows you appreciate so much more than grand gestures or gifts. It will be so good to add as many details( adding all senses like the scent, breeze, Noice as many you an think of) you can in that guided meditation. Trust me every little things work, I am mind blown. Universe works in mysterious ways.

You have to reject the third party and always affirm they don't exist. Don't even acknowledge the third party. Don't give it too much attention either and focus on the person you have your mind set on.
