AND: Don’t give it away to anyone else. I write what I want again and again in a notebook every day; repeating one specific sentence with my desired goal. When done, I go down the page, repeating it aloud, assertively, owning it. Then I go back and underline each one forcefully. It’s working! My business is steadily increasing toward that goal and has already increased my savings and helped me pay back a debt I’d owed for a long time. What a relief! Don’t stop doing it even when doubts come up . When they do, take out your notebook and start writing again, with strong intention, to reinforce your success. Work it!

I don’t smoke, though (my primary method is vaping), yet being addicted to something is a rather painful experience, I would say. Thankfully, I know that my addiction stems from vaguely identifiable inner issues and am able to see the approximate steps I could take to solve the root cause of addictive behaviour.

Summary --1)Step is To begin with a clear intention (ur desire).for next 6 month . 2)Step is Write down ur desire in the present tense like I m (ur desire)or I have already achieved (ur desire) . 3)Step is Give rate to ur desire from 1-10 .With the rate u can measure ur desire like how much u believe it's possible for u by giving rate 1-10 being very sure both ur excitement n ur belief should be at least 9/10.If u give rate below from 9thn u should work more on ur desire to make into reality. 4)step is Stand confidently in front of a mirror just like you have seen before.
