I wonder if this applies to people with complex trauma. There seems to be a vast majority of the population that suffer from this condition including myself who has worked hard to overcome the most debilitating aspects of complex trauma.

Yes, it absolutely apply to People with complex Trauma. 💜 I speak from personal Experience. I have had a major traumatic Experience which lead to a PTSD. It was total Terror and Horror I went through for years. I tried EVERYTHING to get out of it. Therapy, Medication, countless alternative Forns of Healing. Nothing has worked or helped. And than I found Joseph. And will be forever grateful for that Day. I listened to his Teachings over and over and over again. And started to apply to the best of my Ability. And that was were the Change started. It felt like a Miracle. Still does sometimes. I later have had also some Coaching Sessions with Joseph, and his calm, confident Guidance gave me such an Encouragement to keep going. He offered an incredible safe Space and he shared so much Love and Compassion. And I followed his Light, which brought me to the Shore. To the Kingdom. He brought me Home. I am completely healed, free and able to live in Peace, Joy, Freedom and Love. So Please, trust that it will work for you. No matter how dark and hopeless it may appear right now. Joseph has the most special Place in my Heart. For Ever. 🕉💜🕉 sending you Light and Blessings.

As a person who once had cptsd .. I’d say yes. I say once because on this journey you learn you don’t have to suffer and then you start seeing how you only continue to suffer because of the story you keep repeating in your mind. It took me a lot of practice to get to where I no longer identify with cptsd but it is possible

woke up this morning and before meditating, i read chapter 6 of Prayer by Neville Goddard, titled "Good Tidings". i was reflecting a lot last night on how you always say to imagine others ideally, and practicing this has truly transformed my relationships. the last sentence of the chapter touched my heart "The gift transmitted to another is the like the divine measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, so that after five thousand are fed from the five loaves and two fish, twelve baskets full are left over." thank you Joseph, divine timing as usual
