@@ozzyuh Manifesting is as easy as just wanting it. I have wanted something more than once and it just comes to me. There are no rules around it, you can think it and it happens. I, for one moment, heard and saw a person say and do something, within 1 minute it happened exactly as I saw it and heard it. The person stood in the exact spot I had seen in my mind, turned their head the exact way I had seen it and uttered the exact words I had heard in my imagination.

So I gotta tell you this. A "friend" of hers put us in a really uncomfortable spot last week (as did a few other people, unbeknownst to me). I was upset at this because she was in the middle of processing some grief from loss and pain from a past relationship, and didn't need to deal with this amidst that. I manifested reconciliation and she told me even though she's not looking for anything in general, that she appreciates me, my energy, and loves my face very much (we've only known each other for 3 months - I feel like, especially in the context of the conversation, women just don't tell guys they've known for a short time that). I know she has feelings, but isn't ready right now, and that's okay. Slow is fast. I meditated on assuming, and expecting, more contact from her. Now it's every day again. On Friday, I affirmed and told myself we'll get together outside where she works. Last night, she invited me to go to a concert with her friends. Sometimes, I have trouble with external reality affecting me, but I've gotten MUCH better at claiming that's the old me invading the new self and removing it. Affirm what you desire, and trust the process. Also, karma is real - her "friend" got in trouble with the law THAT night, was arrested and fired from her job. Bad intentions will ricochet off you if you're confident in who you are! Your videos have been extremely helpful for me, so thank you!

Now on topic: if you focus on it over-and-over-and-over again... isn't that in conflict with "letting go" and "no attachement"? I would say, the moment you have integrated the energy... you let go.

There was an answer for this question in the video. If you are doing the techniques with a desperate energy of chasing something and lacking something - youre gonna attract more lack. If you are doing them with joy everytime just to overwrite your old story and to embody the new you - youre gonna become it one day. The letting go means let go of the truth of the old story, trust that you are capable of having your desires not letting go as you need to be passive. I think that letting go is just “trusting” opposite of anxiety. If you are trusting, have fun with twchniques in the meantime while youre 3d is catching up. 🤍

Yeah i see what you mean, I had a huge epiphany few days back that the narrative that i need guidance and knowledge and a "permission" from someone smarter than me to trust I'm doing it right, and im scanning what I'm doing wrong -this was bigger than me being able to work with myself. Like, whoa. It was so unconscious but i was a huge mess of a workaholic analyzer problemsolver threat-scanner about LOA, which just attracted more problemsolving and confusion with myself. It doesn't help that some coaches talk to us like were stupid "you just keep affirming, duhh" lol. They're not wrong but it can add to the "why am i so lost" SC.Heres the thing, i suggest that we all affirm that we know what we're doing and it's wonderful to be able to understand these concepts and to genuinely apply them to our lives. Talking about manifestation and how it works is empowering, since we comprehend it so well.

Hi Shelly! Where does letting go fit into this process of using the tools on a daily basis? Because in my mind, when I am preparing to enter into the feeling state, my mind says - would you be doing this if you already have your partner? So then I wonder, what if me entering these imaginable states repeatedly is sending a message that I don’t have my partner yet?
