Inner work can be done through inner child dialogues, self love affirmations and practices, meditation, psychotherapy, EMDR, energetic cleansing, reiki, pranotherapy, counselling, coaching, dance therapy or art therapy, sound bathing, tarot and oracle reading for self growth...there are so many ways, each of us has to find the way that works best for him/her. It might be a long and painful journey but definitely worth as you can't manifest beautiful realities from a bad place where you are overwhelmed by negative and limiting beliefs ❤

It was April 2017 when my 8 yr relationship ended. I was so broken so I tried different ways to heal. I did casual dating using online apps.
