Thank you so very much for this video. I started the 369 method to manifest my health on the 22nd of April, Akshaya Tritiya day. I know it has only been 11 days, but i wanted to say I have seen a lot Of improvement in my Condition and the pain is almost gone. I do my yoga and stretching and do my meditation and then start journaling and i continue till i feel it. Things have turned in my favor. My energy is great and my pain has reduced. I am able to do required exercise. I am just excited to live the best of my life.
