This technique might work for some, but it’s not for everyone and not for me. When I use manifestation techniques, I prefer to feel good and positive, or at least neutral. I don’t want to pretend to feel like I’m annoyed because my sp is texting me and calling me all the time, that just lowers my overall vibrational state. So this technique might work for some people, good for them of it does, but it’s not for everyone, and not for me.
