I personally don’t have an answer to this But recently I’m reading the book ‘The Secret’ it teaches us that you attract what you focus on. Instead of thinking about the fights, focus entirely on the love and harmony you want in your family. Visualize your parents being kind and understanding toward each other, and truly feel that love and peace in your heart. Keep repeating to yourself, ‘My family is filled with love and happiness.’ Trust the Universe to bring this into reality.

Listen actively during a conversations and learn from good speakers or videos. Focus on building confidence. Firstly try to improve in your own language,then shift to English.
