Thank you so much Jon. I have struggled with heroin addition for ten years, overdosing, doing ungodly things to get it, been homeless, insomnia, it's been a nightmare . But you are literally a saint, you and your wife's videos are the only thing keeping me from jumping off a cliff, being able to relax. Wish I had a therapist. But I feel like your voice is my temporary therapy, of course that's no substitution for actual mental help. I've always believed in miracles because they've happened for me plenty of times.

Hope your doing alright. Been a heroin addict since 2000. Relapsed last year 1 time and overdosesed. Lost everything. Anyways right now you can get health insurance and government assistance easy. I've had good insurance for 4 years. Got teeth fixed and everything paid. If your struggling go get on suboxone. It's a new life.

So I fell asleep listening to this the other night. I have been out of work since 3/2020, I’ve applied to hundreds of jobs, no offers. Unemployment funds ended, forced into bankruptcy and early retirement. My heaters broken, they can’t get the parts, they are back ordered. It’s cold and a storms supposed to hit tonight. Yesterday I received a check from my retirement account from where a used to work. I had taken everything out of it but they must have deposited dollars for profit sharing. The miracle was receiving an unexpected check. At least now my four rescued dogs will have everything they need for the next month. We are all piled in my bed under several blankets staying warm. Please pray for us. I need a job. We would be devastated to be separated if we lose our housing (my dogs and I)

It's strange how limiting beliefs are formed. When I was about 12, in a music lesson I was told off severely by the teacher fir laughing and joking around with other kids. I can remember clearly, saying out loud in front of everyone: "I'm NEVER going to smile or be happy again!" To this day, if ever anything triggers laughter in me, a seemingly instinctive reaction takes over, and I almost instantly have resting bitch face. I don't know how to break that.

My entire life as a kid, teen, young adult all the way to the age of 51.. I had sleep issues. I had cinstant sleepless nights and just felt horrible every single day.
