Hi Curry, I have been listening to the testimonies on this recording and praying in the Spirit on and off since being up this morning. The thought came to me: why not set up a website containing ALL the testimonies that come in, maybe even with the types of healings separated so people can read over, say, 200 healings of people healed of cancer, etc. Your technicians can even include links to testimonies for the patients to read and meditate on. wonderful message, my first listen to Curry. Point: Tithes were never from income, wages, or sales. There is not a single instruction or command for any form of tithes to come from NT disciples. None of the apostles ever commanded tithing from the saints. The apostles taught "giving and receiving", "as a man purposes in his heart", and especially "alms" which are compassionate giving to the needs of others.. "Giving" was undefined by any percentage. Giving was in secret (we don't report giving for a tax receipt). ALMS are righteousness and are our merciful, compassionate giving. Alms are truly the most blessed form of giving and I never heard them taught in 24 years of church ministry. Our book "The Tithe That Binds" is free, "freely you have received, freely give". Tithing has given me a guideline over the years, to help me grow in giving. Some of us do better with definition- Almsgiving for me is anything over that amount. This has caused me to grow in much generosity that surpasses all unhealed areas of financial wounds from my childhood . Obedience always reaps a reward! The New Testament is concealed in the Old, and the Old Testament is revealed in the New. That's Early Church Father teaching- disciples of the disciples. The 10 commandments aren't in the New Testament either. Yet they have formed Christian society for the past millenium. If you're going to be a purist about things only included in the New Testament, wear robes, sandals and do without modern amenities.

I love to give but I refuse to give when told I must tithe. That is law and works. I am blessed because of what Jesus did not because I tithe. If you tithe your still under the law and that's bondage. Tithing is not found in the gospel

Read all of 2 Corinthians 9 it talks about giving financially also to the ministries of the church. Here is the scripture reference to what tony quoted above. 2 Corinthians 9:7 Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. If you anyone doesnt see giving in this chapter, it is because they choose not to.

Under grace you give more than under law. Ive seen it preached if you dont give God will curse you. So much on giving is preached under law and fear. We are not under law anymore. They dropped dead because their own hearts condemned them not God! I give all the time. I just don't give the ic. Google it! The clergy hierarchical system is demonic and I love curry blanke but I dont support the institution that Constantine invented. Have a look at the book pagan Christianity by Frank Viola and George Barna. The tithe has nothing to do with the Christian or the new covenant. Giving yes!!!!! But not the tithe. Who is the church btw. I know so many people who have debt and their cars beak down from no money yet their parents give under manipulation to hillsong that preach tithing. The church is not a hierarchy system. The church in scripture is ecclesia it means called out ones. A family of Christians who fellowship not under the control of one man but they each give a word a song etc and if there's a need they give to each other. The church is not a building! God is not served by human hands as if He needed something from us and He doesn't dwell in temples. Its in Acts if you want to look it up. Blessings bro.

Abram gave the other 90% away in that passage, and Abraham did not tithe on the money and goods given to him in Gen. 20 from Abimelech. Find disciples tithing in the NEW TESTAMENT. BONUS: Abrahm had a command to circumcise also, but God never commanded him to tithe.

Is Jesus saying the demon comes out only by prayer and fasting? Or the faith comes out that’s necessary to deal with the demon? I think it’s the latter statement, as Jesus answered they couldn’t do it for their lack of faith.

Love the plain teaching of this brother. I will be nit-picky about one comment though: I don't think the "cloud of witnesses" refers to those gone to heaven who are watching, but to all those around us who also need to see people with faith in the earth. It says "we also" which means in the same manner or likewise, we are surrounded by witnesses or spectators just as they were. Who was watching Noah? Adam and Eve, Seth, Abel, Enoch? I think those in heaven might get depressed if they had to watch us.

Witnesses: a "witness," at least in the Bible, is not just a passive "spectator" (Brc) but an active "witness to faith" (DuCL, NEB, TNT), more specifically "people who have demonstrated their faith" (SpCL). The thought is that the Old Testament heroes are watching how the writer of Hebrews and his readers "run their race" in the Christian life, since their own salvation is linked with that of Christians (11.40). please read Malachi 3:8-11; yes, it may be in the old testament but it is still applicable today. if you don't think you have to pay a tithe, the next time you get paid and you don't tithe, look to see if something tears up, you have to go to the hospital, etc. I'm telling you better tithe your paycheck before taxes, at least 10%. I've heard countless stories of people having to pay unexpected bills, it being the worst week of their liv es when it happens...

Malachis tithe was not from income, it was an ORDINANCE of the law. Lev. 27:30-32 Nobody paid monetary tithes , that is false doctrine. Find an apostle receiving, instructing, or paying tithes in the New Testament they delivered to the saints. Your income tithes are a perversion of what God defined those tithes in Deut. 14:23/ Leviticus 27, Neh 13:5. In Acts Gods people worked, ministered, gave, sold things AND NOT ANYONE TITHED. Book of ACTS- for the facts. Wake up children, you have been taught a perverted gospel. We have not tithed in 15 years and our HEALTH improved wonderfully as we repented of that false church doctrine. PRAISE BE TO GOD \o/

Brother Curry tithes under the Mosaic Covenant were food items. Professions outside of food production were not required to tithe.It seems there is no command in the new covenant to tithe money.

Searcher Apostles had no authority to command anything or to change any commandments.. The Scriptures sternly warn people away from adding to, or subtracting, from them. The apostles never claimed to have the ability to change anything ordained by the Almighty. Only He can give commandments. The Bible certainly does command a 10% tithe and also offerings of various kinds. Giving was no way in secret. Offerings were made at the Temple and other places where all could see.Messiah talked about how some Pharisees tiithed even from the spices in their gardens, though they neglected things like mercy and justice. He told them "You should have done the former" thus reinforcing the idea of tithing even at a "small" level "while not neglecting the latter." Yes, tithing, in an agricultural community was mostly from things produced on the land. However, there are all kinds of needs in this world and I'm sure Abba wants us to be meeting them in the best way we can. We are told that if we do not tithe we are robbing the Almighty for that 10% belongs to Him, because everything belong to Him, whether it is from flocks and herds or produce or cash. I would be leery about downloading anything from a source I don't know much about due to concerns about viruses and so on, though in this case I would not download that info for I have all the info I need already in the Bible.
