Thanks for the walk! And shame on the government. All these people could have been up-skilled so that they can live dignified lives. No Filipino wants to live like this if they can avoid it, but this government doesn’t care about socially mobilizing and helping its citizens gain employment within the country. It’s a shame. Keep showing the truth! anyone who lives here could end up like them, one bad situation and you can lose everything. Life here is a struggle, and it’s nearly always because of govt corruption, gatekeeping opportunities from the majority, and a lack of basic social welfare like the right to decent housing and access to good paying jobs. This country should be richer than it is today. What is the point of us paying our taxes if it’s not changing anything for the better? :(
