Such a great channel. Tortang Talong!! I have tried and failed miserably to make this deceptively simple breakfast dish. Thanks guys for reminding me-- quite inadvertently-- to give it another crack! If I can master the art of kimchi, then a humble eggplant cannot be permitted to get the better of me, ha! Thanks for making the Philippines look so attractive. Same goes for Singapore; my jaw drops every time I see a Singaporean vlog or a 'top ten things to see and do' video. Both countries look incredible with so much cool stuff that I'm stunned by it. 😍

There's even a tortang talong with longganisa (sausage) and torta with chimchurri but the best is the simplest recipe 🍆 tortang talong forever ❤️

Greenhills has changed so much from my last visit. Spent a good number of years going around the shopping area as my school was nearby. Turon! I miss that.
