Would somebody please share the name of the priest in today's mass? So that I can look for other mass whenever he is the presider/celebrant? I grew up as a Roman Catholic and studied in a Catholic school. I learned from one of my teachers (whose also a priest) that what's most important is the word of the Lord in the bible and doing good to others. Homilies are priests' perspective on the word of God. Through the years I found priests who had been using homilies for their own (or their organization''s) advantage. So for a long time, I skipped attending mass while trying hard to be a good citizen. I have just been starting to find my way back in attending church in this last 2 years. I came here to listen to the word of the Lord, not in politics. He reminds me why I lose faith in the church years ago. I hope to keep on attending the holy mass but I want to avoid priests like him.
