i love the bright designated colors each of them have and each having a different style of cultural inspiration. Like Peppermint had gold but Egypt, Alaska with blue and like Moroccan style, and Manila is red with an Asian style maybe Chinese or Japanese.

it's definitely Asian inspired, red is a Chinese lucky colour and Myrrh is traditionally used in Chinese medicine, the dress is a form of Chinese traditional dress especially the white one. That being said I think Manila decided to go a bit ambiguous due to the criticism she's got in the past about emulating Asian cultures despite being Phillipino. In terms of the crown I think it's a more recognisable crown to western audiences because Chinese/Asian headdresses don't look particularly like what a western audience would associate plus they can be quite obtrusive.

She's still my favourite and I love her music. I also really like Sharon Needles and her music. My other favourites are Laila McQueen, MUTHA Vivacious, Adore, Katya and Aja.
