A video showing two women of Kuki-Zomi community being paraded naked by a mob led by men in violence-hit Manipur was shared on social media on Wednesday. The video is said to be two-month-old and it was confirmed later that the victims were stripped and paraded naked and later, gang-raped by the men. A police official stated that the nerve-wracking incident happened on May 4. The gut-wrenching incident shook the nation.

As, 1)Amit Shah immediately cancelled his Karnataka tour and diverted it to manipur to see ground reality. 2)on 4th the central government had taken the state power and implemented Central forces for the matter 3) other than bjp worker and supporters were also literally attracted in these riots. Read about it, Central government is trying it's best, but when people only want to solve this with violence and not cooperate with govt., then you have any better idea to resolve this isse. I am really sorry.. beg to differ. Over the last three months, the videos that emerged from Manipur never showed Manipuri women as peaceful. They were audaciously screaming at the army who were there to keep peace. The army literally couldn't do a thing because the communities were being lead by Manipuri women (maybe as shields or as aggressors) who they couldn't even raise their voice upon. Have never seen any state in India having mobs being lead by women. Sorry..
